In order to share a video on the 2 Minutes For Hockey website, you must be a registered member. If you have not joined, you can do so now by going to 2 Minutes For Hockey and following the steps to register your free account. Once you have joined and logged in, you will see a members drop down menu. To add a video:

• Drop down the members menu and click "Add A Video"
• On the page that loads, you need to put the FULL video link from the video server of your choice in the input link field.
  ie.
  A full youtube link would be: http://youtube.com/watch?v=pr_PwmIyMaI
  A full metacafe link would be: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/33016/dancing_hockey_player/
• Click "Apply"

After the next page loads you need to:

• Edit the video Title (optional)
• Edit / Add Details (optional)
• Add Tags (Important)
• Select an appropriate category
• Select "YES" under published status
• Click "Save"

That's it. The video will be added tot he website and will be viewable by all users. From your profile page you will now see the video you added under the "my videos" tab.
